The problem
Every AI video model wants to make a movie. For real nightlife content you need the opposite — a phone camera at 2am, grain and all.
What I built
Documentary photography vocabulary instead of cinematography. An image-to-video workflow, subject-count rules, and brand overlays composited in FFmpeg. Found by accident, tested across thirty prompts, written down.
The result
