Product proof · Toronto condo cleaning

Front door to field desk.

TWINKCLEAN is a working product for a condo-cleaning launch: the public brand, a fit-first enquiry, written scopes, a capacity calendar, a customer portal and an owner operations desk — one system, running in gated test mode.

A specific build for a specific launch.

Condo cleaning in a handful of downtown Toronto buildings has its own shape: small units, agreed equipment, hands-on minutes rather than open-ended deep cleans, and a route that only works when bookings cluster by building and day.

So the product asks about the space before it sells anything, prices every offer by time, keeps exclusions in plain language, and confirms a scope and real availability before a deposit is ever taken.

What the product actually contains.

Every module below exists in the build today. The rules are business rules — hands-on minutes, deposits, buffers, permissions — not settings on a template.

Brand and offers

GLAM SQUAD CLEAN is a campaign brand with four offers priced by hands-on time, written inclusions and exclusions, and proposed building days — the same offer definitions drive the website and the enquiry form.

  • Condo Clean, 30-Minute Reset, Extended and Setup / Longer Clean
  • Plain-language scope, exclusions and equipment terms
  • Building days for proposed territory pockets

Customer side

A fit-first enquiry instead of a cart: size, bathrooms, condition, equipment, priorities and timing, with reply and marketing consent recorded separately.

  • Proposals with a written, versioned scope and an accepted total
  • Customer portal: appointments, invoices and reviewed visit summaries
  • Reviews collected and moderated — none seeded

Scope, capacity and money

The rules that keep a two-hour clean a two-hour clean: a room-level scope builder with priced extras and a protected margin floor, pre-visit scope changes the customer accepts or declines, and deposits that gate the calendar.

  • Working days, buffers, unavailable blocks, holds, expiry and conflict checks
  • Repeat plans — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — each visit accepted and deposited individually
  • One invoice per job with deposit, balance and refund ledger

Owner operations desk

GLAM Desk is where the business runs: the cleaning workflow from enquiry to invoice, a calendar that is the source of truth for capacity, and the people, privacy and readiness controls a small team needs before it takes real customers.

  • Calendar with working days, buffers, holds and drag-to-schedule
  • Repeat visits, building and day grouping, stop order and visit reporting
  • Staff roles with MFA, privacy tools and a pilot-readiness scorecard

What is live, and what is gated.

A launch product should say exactly where it stands. This one is engineered in test mode with real gates, not a demo with the hard parts left out.

Built and testedEnquiry → accepted scope → deposit → calendar → private visit and photo → invoice → balance, replayed as an isolated browser journey on mobile and desktop. Unit and database tests cover duplicate submissions, stale scopes, holds, conflicts, ledger replay and refunds, daylight-saving edges and backup restoration.

Gated on purposeProvider checkout and signed webhooks, a verified sender and live email delivery, verified backups and the owner's launch decisions on name, pricing, territory and terms stay closed until they are proven. No real-customer pilot has been run or claimed.

Owned, not rentedOne Railway service with one persistent volume: SQLite with write-ahead logging, versioned migrations that run at boot, private uploads behind authenticated endpoints, and named owner, operator and viewer accounts with authenticator MFA and one-use recovery codes.

The same processTWINKCLEAN was adapted from the outdoor.yosef build: map how the business sells, serves and operates, then keep only the modules the work needs. Different trade, different rules, one method.

Your trade, your rules, one system.

Bring the business as it actually runs — offers, territory, team, terms — and I'll map the customer side, the operations desk and the rules that connect them.
